Down 1.8 from last week! Woohoo!! Will be sending a message with my totals over the weekend. Out of town right now, but will be back tomorrow night.

Unfortunately I did not make the goal. Today was a bit busier than I thought. But I was able to squeeze 100 in at lunch. That's 100 more than I would normally do, so it's still a personal achievement!

DONE!! Tried doing them all at once after the gym. Had to stop for a couple minutes before doing the last 5 leg raises since my boyfriend was making me laugh. I don't know how willing I'll be to get up out of bed in the morning. I'm dreading just thinking about it. :yawn:

I've wondered the same thing, even though I don't have the ability right now to get a PT. I'd be interested in seeing what others say though. =)

Done! Haven't tried doing yoga yet, but did my own stuff. Stretched out the shoulders, neck, arms, back, hips, calves...more shoulders and neck than anything. For some reason they're pretty sore today.

Got it done!! Did 50 earlier in the day, then forgot about the rest til an hour ago. Wasn't expecting to be so busy around the house today. lol. Just got the other 150 done. WOOHOO!!!

Can't wait to hear the next challenge. What day range is everyone using for counting the week's goals? I see some starting on Friday, ending on Friday...or starting Saturday, ending with Friday's totals. I'm trying to stick to the Friday weigh in, but I'm confused each time on what days I'm counting.

I get bit up pretty bad as well. Aside from work and going to the gym, I've hardly gone out all summer. The one time I went out to a birthday party at a pool house, I got bit up like crazy. Almost a month later and I still have marks. I will have to try the garlic/garlic suppliments since it keeps getting mentioned.

I've heard it's not good to eat after 9pm. I try to stick to that...doesn't always happen, but that's what I generally aim for. That's usually an hour and a half to two hours before I actually go to bed.

So I just realized I've been under estimating my water intake this whole time I've been on MFP!
