I just completed a Cemetary 5k at night a couple weeks ago. I don't see a problem with it, especially for general running. As long as you don't get lost in the place, go for it! No worries, I was thinking the same thing! So many helpful suggestions. I'll have to look into the balm as well. I get wind burn fairly easy in the winter. Especially with working in downtown Chicago...just walking down one of the bridges across the lake would make my face feel like crap. I was tempted to keep face…

I'm surprised no one has said German potato salad. My grandmother used to make this all the time and my mom goes crazy for it. Although, it's probably a good thing that it hasn't been mentioned. Glad to see this reply, since my levels have been about the same. I've only spiked above 200 once that I know of...that was during the final turn of a race. Got a little excited at that one since the finale was running through my favorite team's stadium. =)
