The pic on the left was Mid April and the right was May 30th. The difference between the two are 270 vs 250. And I still got a long way to go. This is just my first feeling of actual success in losing weight. 012h1t11qrtr.jpg

    Thanks for all the encouraging words. For the first time I feel I've got the beat! I am sooooo glad the I found MFP. I give all the credit to this app giving me the ability to track my food and make sound decisions by entering the food before I eat it! :)
