Just as my grandma taught me! lol. I tried using an actual tea pot, but my roommate used it more for her soup then I did for tea. It broke in less than a year. Back to the microwave for me! :smile:

Oh dear...I've heard stories of the trials and tribulations of becoming a pastry chef from my boyfriend. His mother was a pastry chef and he has all her recipe notes. I felt like I gained 10 pounds just reading the recipes! But man did they sound delicious. :smile:

I did not know purple bell peppers existed... Learn something new every day! =) I'd assume you can use the bell peppers as the veggie portion for any recipe that calls for veggies. They might go good with this chicken recipe I found online. Made it a few times already, may need to try it with bell peppers now! =D…

Awesome!! Thanks for posting the challenge early. I know it hasn't been such a great week for me with things popping up left and right, but this next mini challenge with the 500 cal a day is a good motivator for me to get back on track...gotta get my butt back to the gym!! =)

Oh boy...this is where most of my sodium comes in. Unfortunately, with being on a very tight budget, it's much easier to buy a tub of lunch meat and stretch it over two weeks for my lunches. I'd love to have a healthier lunch, but it gets pretty costly. :frown:
