Wow! Thanks so much for all of the ideas. I'll definitely check some of those out tonight. I saw the 30 day shred dvd on Amazon but I didn't realise it was on You Tube too. That's really helpful. Also, I haven't tried 'tabata' but I will look into it. It sounds like it would be a really effective way to burn fat. Cheers…

I agree with this. I couldn't find 'hockey - goalie' in the exercise categories. After training for 2 hours on a Wednesday night, I can really feel the work on my legs and my core - but I'm not sure how to list it because it's not as cardiovascular as being out field. If you have time to boil a couple of eggs before you go to work then they're really filling and good protein - should give you some energy. Also, if you're tired in general, you might want to consider taking an iron supplement. Hope this helps x
