  • Hi! I've been recording my Leslie Sansone workouts as either low or high impact aerobics. I just tried today 4 Fast Miles, it was fun!
  • I felt the same way my first class, but just laugh at yourself and you'll notice that you aren't the only beginner! Have fun with it and know that it will take a few sessions before you really start picking it up. Have fun! Julie
  • I checked the goals and everything looks the same as it did before. I just realized that the app on my droid is still at 1200 cals...so weird! Not sure which one to believe!
  • I do exercise and burned more calories yesterday than I usually have been. But, I haven't put any exercise in yet today. That was the starting calories for the day... :ohwell:
