To make the treadmill a little more like running outside, I've found upping the incline up to a 2 helps. I've also found that running outside is more enjoyable. However, the treadmill is great when it's raining, snowing, too hot, etc.

Hey Powell, That is odd. When I burn calories on my watch, sync with GC and then check MFP, the calories are reflected there. Maybe disconnect and then reconnect your Garmin and MFP accounts? Also, I sent you a friend request. What is your GC username?

If you have a connected/supported app/device, you can have it post after the work out is over. I use a Garmin watch and it auto posts to the Garmin website and MFP picks it up and posts it here automatically. If you have a FitBit or another tracking device, your steps will help go towards your calorie burn on MFP as well.

Manitou Incline tomorrow morning. The Manitou Incline is only 1 mile but climbs 2,000 vertical feet. There is about a 2.4 mile return hike back down the mountain too.

Great Job! You're looking great. Just think back, 100 pounds ago about how you were feeling about yourself, about life, etc. I imagine that person is gone and he should be, you've earned it!

I have the same issue. I have it when I'm running too. I have to make fists with my toes every once in a while and that seems to help. Even doing the fists before I start to "tingle" helps too.
