  • I'm 31 years old and 5'7.5 SW-147 lbs, highest ever was probably 151 CW-140 lbs GW-about 130 lbs I am not entirely sure of my goal weight but I think I'll be happy and pretty fit somewhere around 130 lbs.   • It's just a generic post that "bumps" the thread to the top of the message board. Basically it's what you write when you want the thread to move back up to the top so it gets more attention, but you don't really have any other specific message to add. :)
  • I think most people log it as "circuit training, general", that's what I've been doing too.
