  • Such a hard thing to discern between being actually hungry and just wanting to put something in your mouth!
  • Put a low fat light mozarella cheese stick and a few whole wheat crackers, along with a clementine or 2 in an insulated bag...you will have your protein, salt, and sweet to get you through that hump. Or make some peanut butter crackers (watch portions) ahead of time and include some carrots for real crunch. You can do it:)!
  • I could eat breakfast food for every meal! 2 scrambled egg whites, burrito size flour tortilla and a little salsa....also LOVE yogurt and grapenuts (not too many tho)...and what would life be without peanut butter? Truly thankful for peanut butter every day...sometimes have this on a graham cracker for a quick snack...
