@abberbabber... I was just thinking the same thing "Dang" Hahaha, I don't want to be a stick. I want to look and feel healthy. To me, I shouldn't be able to see people's ribs and things like that. I was shooting for around 180 also.

I was thinking of adding peanut butter for some protein also. I just haven't been eating it lately though, I love eggs so it works well for me in the mornings.

WOW! Amazing how much you/we eat without even noticing it! I've stopped going out to buy lunches at work and bringing my own lunch (since we've got a full fridge, sink, microwave,etc. at work) and I KNOW that will make a huge difference.

How exciting! What are you getting if you don't mind me asking? It took me 24 years to get my first one (was DEATHLY afraid to get it), and after I did it I was SURE I wasn't going to get any more. But here it is, 2 years later and I have two more with plans for at least one more!

I weigh once a week. Monday morning when I first wake up, after I've gone to the bathroom and naked right before I jump in the shower. It seems to be the easiest way to get an accurate weight because each time I haven't eaten beforehand and I've emptied my body. Good luck!!
