Anyone else have a problem with Oatmeal not being filling?
Alright, so I've always thought that Oatmeal was supposed to be very filling, but I've noticed that after I eat oatmeal in the mornings it seems that I'm hungrier WAY sooner than I am when I eat other things for breakfast., am I the only one?? Any thoughts?

Looking for couscous recipes I can stomach!
Made couscous for the first time last night...UGH! Definitely wasn't tasty enough for me. I made the whole wheat couscous with lemon, parmesan, and dill recipe from eatingwell.com and it just wasn't enough flavor for me... I've got a big jar of couscous now, anyone have any better recipes???

As I'm reading other people's food diaries I'm noticing that it's seems like I'm actually eating full meals with actual food (rather than protein bars or shakes, or just a yogurt or something at breakfast time), while still staying within my daily calorie goals. Snacking every 2-3 hours?
I've read and also been told by several different people that I should be eating/snacking (healthily) about every 2-3 hours. Is this true? I find it hard to believe that I should be eating or snacking at times when I'm not even hungry. How's that beneficial to weight loss??

Daily calories?
So the site tells me that I should be eating 2110 calories a day to lose weight, but I'm finding that on any given day I usually eat less than that without even trying. And well, I haven't exactly been losing weight. Any thoughts? Should I change the amount I'm trying to eat?
