I was 346.4 and I knew it was unhealthy but was so depressed, I kept eating and didn't care....that's changed now!!

AMEN!! my friend has even had heart problems since she started on the pills..hurts me to watch it but, she couldn't do the dieting/eating right so they put her on the pill..

I have an older friend don a pill too..it curbs her appetite and she goes out to eat and everything...poor lil me has done it the hard way and it hurts me that she has it easy...I understand some issues with why she does take it but to eat like she does and not workout...pisses me off...i agree that on your own is the best…

that was me but if you workout it's ok and eat healthy fats like nuts and such. It can be done. My diary is open if you want to see.

I'm gonna try some talapia lightly seasoned and homemade baked fries for dinner. I had a small homemade smoothie for breakfast and probably will have a grilled cheese sandwhich for lunch. lol

well, way back in 2010 when I started, my clothes got loose first and I didn't even register on a scale until 2 months in...so inches/clothes for me..still more with clothes now than anything :/
