I don't log and feel I am fine with not logging. I eat serving size and do measure my food. I'm working on body composition and fat loss. I'm doing my best right now and I used to get OCD with the logging.....ask some of my longest friends on here...I used to count gum...

I do all of the following of that last paragraph and I go to planet fitness.

I'm not sure how to add pictures but there are a few under my profile plus my recent profile picture. I'd say I'm an 8 or a 9 but I'd like to be 4, 5, or 11 even

I have heard so many dumb things said by people or harsh comments that I sadly only hear the bad.....when I weighed 145, on this frame, I looked like a walking bag of bones because a majority of me was loose skin from losing so much weight. So now, I'm like 30 plus pounds heavier, stronger, healthier, happier, fit in 3/4s…

Anyone else go to the profile? It says female....

I'm 22 and anyone feel free to add me if you want :) I show support and am always logging my food and exercise. We got this!!!

Mine has definitely done a 360 and your confidence also will go up. I still have a fight to stay focused but it's getting better

That is funny lol but I have not gone full slut or even been more sexual since losing my weight...idk about that thought of yours..

If you use dumbbells, I used to before the gym, put them in your hands and cross your arms...that's just how I used to do them

It is all a mind thing. Trust me, I'm fighting it still. You have to find a comfy balance. If you aren't having fun with the exercise, you won't do it or you get bored. Open your options maybe. I added the gym again two months ago after a year of being on my own. I'm feeling better and it is different than being at home…

this journey is a lifelong road...there is no true success or failure. Just learning along the way. Setting goals is great but truthfully, just take your time analyzing what you truly one. Do not focus on a number but on how you feel. That's when you succeed. Love yourself and it will be easier. Time will truly make it…

add me if you like. I'm not your height or age but I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I'm learning as I go with all of this and making my own little victories. :)

no. go under the exercise. they suggest the number to be burned....and if not, are you set as sedentary? No do not burn 1700!!! Eat 1700 or so and burn between 300-500

that's great and pacing yourself is perfect. It is exhilarating and if done at a pace you can maintain, you will eventually be able to go for longer. :) great job and keep it up!!!

it all depends on how you see "watching what you eat" as. I eat in smaller portions and according to how I workout plus when I'm hungry. It works for me. I hope that makes sense but we are all different.

my bf of almost 2 years said he doesn't mind my extra skin but also doesn't like how it makes me feel. he knows I work hard and supports me. I went from close to 346.4 to 171.6 right now
