I have a daily goal of 1600 calories to eat
Should I work out till i burn 1700 calories in order to lose weight?

  • no. go under the exercise. they suggest the number to be burned....and if not, are you set as sedentary? No do not burn 1700!!! Eat 1700 or so and burn between 300-500

    Noooooo....

Your daily goal is computed to include a calorie deficit. You need to net out at that number and you will lose weight. If you burn 500 calories from exercise, you add those back in.
  • Yes.. I set my activity level as sedentary.thank u so much:)
