I sadly was at my heaviest 346.4 and only 5'4" so I understand that and all my weight was in my middle. I hurt my knee at a wedding and started the exercise bike. I have the same reaction. It is amazing. I also struggle with the loose skin but toning it up takes time and I work hard.

Surgery or like me, tons of workouts. I have lost almost 200 pounds as you can you by my profile picture. It is possible but takes time and effort!! I still have a lot of skin too. :(

I always burn between 350 and 500 calories a day from my workouts. I do eat back my calories but of course with healthy choices.
