My diar is open and today I know is bad but it's a day with my family. Look through the week. I exercise, drink a lot of water, try not to "cheat" as they say and do my best with my macros.

I always get enough protein so I changed that setting to fiber and will monitor it. I drink 10 plus glasses of water a day and eat pretty well I think. I also have been sick this week

I personally can identify with your story. My family didn't physcially do that stuff but their words hurt worse. When I started losing weight, the insults increased along with the poking fun....over 200 pounds later and they still joke...it's hard to live with but I push on..I'm sorry they did that to you..I never knew…

:"Treat" can depend on the person. I usually have something not so healthy once a week at most. Home-cooked food this weekend is my "treat". Seafood gumbo today and some ham tomorrow.. yum..

I've lost over 200 pounds and have loose skin all over. I just do a lot of strength training and such. Squats are real good for the butt. It's toned mine up nicely. lol
