lose skin, jealousy that turns into back handed compliments, going through clothes like nothing, and yes, not being able to afford new things. The skin is the worst though. It makes me feel so much bigger.

I've lost over 200 pounds but pushed myself and most of the skin is tightened. Still a lot to go. Notenoughspeed has seen my pics. It just takes a lot of work and I still may eventually need to have surgery..

Check out my pictures and progress. Same boat but was a 30/32 and can fit some 6s and 8s. It sucks but the skin just is there. I've gotten rid of a lot of it but push myself. Pretty much 200 pounds down from the start

I do Jillian's Ripped in 30 do I can try to tighten up my loose skin. It seems to be working. Slowly...I'm on Day 5 of week 2. I do 3 days of the DVD, rest 1 day, and 3 more days. I rest also before I start each new week. If not, I'd be dragging more than I am...

I know I deal with it...I had an issue with seeing a maniac in my pants and going, " I am not that size." I had to double check the size....Being morbidly obese to now....just sucks...

June is right! I used to barely eat and push to workout. I was in starvation mode and plateaued for almost a year! I joined myfitnesspal and in almost 50 days, I've lost ten pounds and I'm eat more!! Eat well and it will be easier to lose. You can eat junk. I love my crackers, sweets and chips. Moderation is key!!

I'm not too sure if there is a way to prevent the skin if you have a good bit to lose. I lost almost 200 in less than three years and I worked out hard plus ate right...there is a good bit of skin still left on me..you can even look at my pictures..
