I'm doing the 5:2 for the health benefits. As a bonus, I've lost weight, too. It's easy to do and flexible. I like it.

I was doing 100 squats/day before the challenge - I'll definitely be going on with that.

Managed 60 halves - 30 per leg. The rest were "normal".

Can't manage the arm movements, so will go for a mixture of sumo, curtsey and plain. Plain are done.
