Kind of modified - but done!

AquaFit classes (water aerobics). After doing classes twice weekly there was a marked improvement after a few weeks - I think running in the water had a lot to do with it! I must admit that I use creams/oils for skin tone, though. I like Nivea Firming Body Oil. I buy it in Savers. where it's a third of the price in Boots.

Thanks - I'll get cracking on a first set of 20 per leg!

Maybe I'm lucky, but the people at my local Leisure Centre gym are really nice. I've made quite a few friends there.

As I have my right arm in a cast. my balance isn't great. so if you don't mind I'll stick with the basic curtsey squat. I think that the rear leg lift might tip me over!

Day 6 done.

LIke these - done.

I wouldn't eat so few calories all the time. I'm on the 5:2 eating plan - intermittent fasting, which has good health benefits, but you eat 500 cals twice a week and what you want to eat for the other 5 days. I would never contemplate eating as little as 500/day all the time.

Done.

Days 1 & 2 completed.

Thanks for the info.

Great pictures - wonderful progress. I found my hip bones the other day - feels good.
-
I already do 5 sets of 10 twice a day - one set down so far.

I'm in South Wales. Following the 5:2 for about 6 weeks now and getting on well with it.

Sleeping is a bit up and down for me - I go through bouts of not sleeping well. Amount of exercise doesn't seem to make a lot of difference. I don't toss and turn - makes it worse - but pick up a book and read till I drop off. If I'm tired during the day and am not in a situation where I can nap, I go for strong black…

I don't log coffee - take it black with no sugar. raspberries ryvita porridge vegetable samosa yoghurt

Since starting the 5:2 way of eating - I'm loathe to call it a diet, as I think this is the kind of plan I can stick with for good - I don't need cheat days. I'm far more relaxed about food.
-
I do burpees in circuits and kettles classes. Can't say I'm a huge fan. The exercise I loathe, though, is jumping jacks. I'd take burpees over those any day of the week.

Whole leg, underarms, bikini line.
-
Add me if you like. I'm following the 5:2 - primarily for the health benefits. Also, I find it easier to think have to really cut back on two days a week. Much more relaxing than thinking about a "diet" 7/7.

South Wales. Following the 5:2.

That is crazy - so M&S have decided that everyone who is a Size 8 comes in one leg length only?
-
What is it about these last 7lbs or so that they just refuse to go?
-
I started the 5:2 eating plan, primarily for the health benefits, 3 weeks ago. This means 2 "fast" days a week - max of 500 cal. I don't go nuts on the other days, but eat more or less what I want to. My weight is falling - hard to be accurate as I have a cast on my arm. Still, I find it easy to count calories two days a…
