Just look at the whole....123...now 120 in two and a half weeks..Thats a nice healthy paced loss. Permanant weight loss is a slower loss like that. Dont even look at the numbers when you were sick..doesnt count. I think your doing good. Review what others think as well...This is only one opinion :)

I think it makes you a little more accountable especially if you have your food log open to friends. It is also nice to see others...I also like that when I fall of track I can talk about it and usually get such motivation and positive feedback that it pushes me forward. Its nice not to do it alone...also some people do…
