Im so afraid of getting hot flashes. Im so hot most of the time already that I think I might just combust and burn away..lol Im proud of you for going and working out in public..it is hard to feel normal when you have to deal with that. It can be localized to your face and head only..mine is all over

I think that condition would be hard to live with as well. Also much more dangerous sounding. I have thought I was going to have heat stroke a few times in my life. I dont tolerate the heat well since I feel hot most of the time.

LOL Please never pee on yourself..I dont know who told you that but they were either mean spirited or crazy...lol I dont know if the botox would help me or not..mine is pretty exsessive and my whole body is affected. I know about the keyboard..think at times I might ruin it...try to keep things dry but its crazy sometimes

How long does it hurt after the shots in the hands? Thats a crazy amount of shots. Do you continue to get the botox?

I dont know how many times I have sweat into my eyes..lol When I excersize it is like I just got out of the shower..hair drenched along with everything else. Anxiety over it does cause more sweating. I have never heard of that. Thats interesting to find out.I have to work hard at staying hydrated as well but just because of the loss of fluids from all the sweating. Do you find you overheat?

I know about embarrassment..especially thoughout school. I have full body HH so I am affected everywhere. They should make a full body deoderant..lol

you probably need to get tone and you would maybe gain muscle weight not lose lbs.. to do so. At your point you need to do something to bring the bmi down a tad bit and focus on strengthening and toning now

Your probably getting a good 500 calrie burn at 3 miles. I am using my own info with hr monitor and her videos to give you this estimate. I weigh about 8 more lbs than you. Im gonna say this just to share my thoughts but obviously non of us are directly in your shoes and you yourself know in your heart the right answer for yourself. Seems like the first bit of "weight" you need to lose is him Do what you need to do for you to be healthy...physically and mentally. Good luck.

any begginers yoga or pilates but its more for strengthening your core muscles etc than for calorie burn I guess. I dont know off the top of my head. Look for videos with "for beginners" in the title
