One of our favorite quickie hamburger recipes is Hamburger and Rice. First I make 2 cups of minute rice. Then, in a big pot, I brown one pound of hamburger and season with salt/pepper/garlic powder. Soooo...what I got from this whole thread is that pretty much anything goes! I just threw 4 frozen chicken breasts, a can of corn, a can of red beans and a big can of tomato sauce in for dinner. Can't wait til later! THANKS!!!
