  • If you dont like running/jogging why wanna doing it? I would never do something I dont like. There are so many opportunities doing sport. Choose something else that makes fun.
  • Stop complaining, in Europe, more clear in Germany its 9$ a Gallon. So take public transportation and bike and dont complain!
  • Since I started running over 2 years ago I never started before 9PM. Usually I start between 10 and 11pm Like running in the night.. no cars, nearly no people, just me, my ipod and sportkit and maybe a friend :) Never had probs.

  • hi, what about walking? normal walking, maybe a little faster than normal. if you gain some endurance.. try walking either faster or at a hill? Also very good is swimming, or cycling. You can go on your pace
  • Use your body as equipment. Make situps, crunches, push ups. And all the stuff. If you live in a house or have a basement walk the stairs!! For example..if you watch tv and there are commercials, walk stairs. do pushups.. just move..

  • I am sorry about your aunt. BUT I think it is okay to skip gym or eat less healthier.. BUT go back to your good habits. Maybe make an appointment with a friend in gym, so you have a reason really to go.
  • i did lost 80lbs with WW. I do it nearly for free.. In Germany there is a cd you can buy. Its an application with the same information like WW online (NO monthly fee). So I only paid once, never went to a meeting (dont like this way of help) and dont like the paying either. You can see some pics in my profile. SO WW worked…
  • 800-900 kcal seems toooooooooooooo less to me... Is the BMR this one, what you need if you stay all the day in bed? Then you need more food I think..   • I can run a 10k without more practicing...so the only challenge to me would be to do it.. I just did not do it because i wanna run on a nearly daily basis.. I was thinking about most miles in 1 month or first to get 50miles (total)

  • Anyone using it? Want to do a mfp challenge? I plan to ran 4-5 times a week 2-3miles.. for 2 weeks, after that increasing the miles a little bit etc..   • So scale yet :( No measuring tape. But I made a pic in bikini yesterday. I will upload it this evening after work and will make another pic on 1st may :) So I then will have no numbers to tell, only pics :)
  • I had 2 slices of whole wheat grain bread (german style *g*) with cream cheese an 1 slice of chicken breast each. Also 2 cups of hot green tea rasberry.

  • Ahh.... I cannot provide my weight... I dont have a scale... I think I will buy one today and will post my weight tomorrow. I will also try to measure my waist and hip or how its all called :) And maybe will do an before image today in my bikini I have at the moment.
