you either say "who cares" for that day and enjoy the cake or you stay away from it all together. I let me birthday pass 2 years in a row without any special treats and it wasn't so bad. Tell your friends to stop offering cake and buy you chicken instead! :-)

Eat clean and healthy and exercise. you cannot spot reduce so you must do weight training for your entire body and also plenty of cardio.

I eat mine plain every morning and I love it. I tried it with splenda or cinnamon and was really turned off by it. I'm not into lots of flavory stuff. My mom adds fresh fruit to hers sometimes
