I go through phases of logging and not logging but because I measure all my meals and I eat the same thing every day, logging is really just a way to insure I don't throw in anything extra like a few cookies or chips.

I didn't keep anything from my biggest size but I have gone from a 6/8 to a 0/2 (3/4 in certain jeans). I kinda with I would have kept just one pair of my old pants.

I've been as high as 34% and as low as 16% and my cycle is like clockwork. Everyone is different! :smile:

Depending on how hard you work at it, it can be as quick as 32 weeks at 2lbs per week. The more weight you lose and leaner you get, it will slow down. I drink at least 1 gallon a day and I feel great. If I drink less I get tired and have a headache and sometimes even nausea. I've never experienced swelling or bloating when drinking this much water but when I get too much sodium on any given day, I swell up like the Michelin Man!

I rarely ever skip a scheduled meal but if I do, it's not one of the 3 main ones. I always eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and AM snack, PM snack and late night snack. I do occasionally skip my AM snack and/or my late night snack.

I see a difference in your forearms and waist but the problem is that you are in in two totally different outfits which makes it hard to tell. Can't see your thighs and arms in the first pic. You may want to try wearing the same or similar outfits in future progress pics :-)

I just picked a number that I felt was appropriate for my height. When picking my body fat, I put a little more thought into it. I wanted to be in the athletic range so I researched the recommendations.

It's not bad at all but you need to make sure you drink plenty of water because protein is harder for the body to break down than carbs and fats. It will not hinder your weight loss, if anything, it will help!
