I used to be a coffee *kitten* but then when funds were tight, I switched to cheap instant and to be honest, I got used to it and now I love it. So...in my mug is... 1tsp instant coffee 1 packet of Splenda 3 tsp coffee mate powder cream 32 calories per cup! :-)

I make sure I exercised enough to bring my deficit up to 1,000. It's actually not that hard and being short has nothing to do with it.

I am 5'1 and my starting weight 8/1/09 was 143lbs. My goal weight was 118lbs and I reached it in 12 weeks. Cardio 7 days a week, weight training 4 days a week and a 1,000 calorie deficit per day!

I won't do a "cheat day" because then I over indulge. I try to keep it to a "cheat meal" one day a week. My most fav place to go is Rubios and I will order a steak or shrimp burrito. It's full of flavor and satisfies all of my cravings but it's still on the cleaner side of cheats.

I personally do not eat back exercise calories when I am trying to drop weight. It's always over estimated and so the amount eated back is never completely accurate. I had a really overweight lady tell me once that I was always cold because I didn't have enough meat on my bones and I was too thin. What I wanted to say back was "No, I have plenty of meat, it's the fat that I am lacking" but instead I simply replied "No, I was cold when I was fat too"!
