Thanks! - That's similar to what I'm trying, except I'm adding a mid-morning snack, as well. I eat breakfast at about 7:30, and don't have lunch til 12:30-1, so I'm trying to add a snack at about 10:30.

I've done Phen and had success - one thing I will say is DO NOT rely on the pills to lose the weight. Use it as a side-kick of sorts, in addition to doing what MFP suggests - counting calories, healthier choices, exercise. Loud chewers are the WORST. I feel like I have a physical reaction to the sound... I want to scream/throw up/cry/punch something all at once. Much worse than nails on a chalkboard for me. lol

Tall girl right here, too! 5'11" with a goal weight of 175-180. I don't think my body is built to be any thinner than that lol - "big boned" and curvy, but need to get healthy. My SW was 299, down to 278 as of this morning, currently in size 20 pants/XL tops. Would LOVE to have some fellow tall girls as friends on here!
