I just ordered the fitbit charge HR. It has a heart monitor 24/7 which was most important to me when finding a band. I think the up24 is the cutest but the screen on the charge is nice too. I wish I had it so I could give a full review!!

How many calories before 7 are you eating? maybe if you increased the amounts earlier, ditch any tempting bad things in your kitchen and stock your cabinets with healthy yummy snacks you can kind of binge on w/o the guilt? Good luck!

I drink all kinds of tea daily. Thanks guys! I went with the settings for 1.5 pounds weekly and it came up at 1390 calories. There are days were it is hard for me to reach 1,200 calorie net, but most days I need atleast 1,300. Thanks again!!

I love GNC total lean shake 25- I get swiss chocolate use 1 scoop and mix it with a scoop of pb2 and almond milk- its like 200 calories and better than chocolate milk could ever be :] Actually I think I will go make one right now!!! Oh and GNC had lots of buy one get one 1/2 off with other kinds so you could try both?

Make sure you are giving your body rest. And if you put your body into ketosis- from very low carbs- or just too restricted in general, your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to as much of your fat as possible. I typically eat 1200 calories each day and then one or two days i will have 1800. That extra 600 could be whatever you want and it feels like a lot more when the other days are so restricted.
