if you lift intensely for about an hour, just put in 300-500 calories for cardio. 300 for smaller muscle groups, 500 for bigger, like legs and abs.

yeah i need motivational friends lol. i go to virginia tech and I'm tryin to lose weight second semester. i love lifting weights but VT has like number 2 best food in the nation so thats gonna be tough lol. add me if you are in college
