It's been helping me a lot. Soups are filling and yummy. I cook them myself so I know exactly what's in them - I weigh everything I put in and come up with calories' value per serving.

Amazing job! Truly wonderful!

*** First most recent NSV is being able to wear UK size 22 clothes that didn't fit me for years (that's the drop from size 28 to 22 in 4 months!!!) *** My second - some would say a bit "sad" NSV - is being able to paint my toe nails with NO struggle! :)

Something went wrong with my above post so here it goes again :) Christmas 2013: Yesterday:

My name is Magda, I'm 35, have been living in England for 9 years, originally from Poland. I'm my partner's full time carer - we're getting married in 3 weeks time! I've been obese ever since I remember, tried losing weight and failed more times I dare to count... I joined MFP in January 2013 and gave up after a week...…

I always plan my days ahead - I pre log everything - this way I keep an eye on protein, carbs, fat and sodium levels and keep myself accountable. I also plan and pre log my excersise for the day - for the same accountability reasons :)

Hi, I decided enough was enough last Christmas when my scale read 342 lbs! So I started using MFP from New Year's Day and this time I didn't give up! I'm log everyday, I walk, do Wii Zumba, weightlift, stretch etc. And I'm seeing results which is soooo encouraging! The most important thing is to admit you have a problem…

I still have a looong way to go but... That's me after Christmas 2013: And that's me now:
