I like Turnips in vegetable soup. Also, I love them mashed, but when you are boiling them, I have to put a few packets of Sweet & Low /Equal/Sugar in the water (like salting the water for spaghetti) to take out some of the bitterness.

Try roasting your veggies, it totally changes the flavor :) Otherwise, you may have to try hiding them. Or V-8...

I love my e-cigg, I haven't smoked in almost a year. You can transition from nicotine levels, so that you aren't going "cold turkey" and eventually work your way down to a zero nicotine e-juice.

I have plantar's facitiis, too, among other foot issues, so I definitely feel your pain. Usually I split my workout, 10-15 min on a stationary bike, and 10-15 minutes on the elliptical. Using the elliptical doesn't stop the pain, but it's less intense because my feet aren't pounding down on the sidewalk/treadmill. I would…

I'm in the same boat! Started yesterday, with, probably, even more than 100lbs to lose, but I can't think of that right now, or I'll get overwhelmed. 10 at a time for me!

I like to bake tilapia in a foil packet, over brown rice & veggies, topped with fresh lemon and fresh cracked pepper. My fiance' likes salmon with a honey chipotle BBQ sauce.
