My family & I are having brunch that day, so I'm making: low carb french toast, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, berries and a recipe I found on pintrest that involves stuffing a flat out with cream cheese, slicing it & rolling it in cinnamon & splenda. I'm making deviled eggs to take to my in-laws that evening.

How much water are you drinking daily? Are you talking a multivitamin? If you've gone from 4 espresso a day to just one, could you withdrawing from caffeine? That could cause the headache. ETA are you eating/drinking anything with aspartame?
-
Make sure to get your water in daily, and try having a cup of chicken broth a day. Broth usually helps lessen the flu-like symptoms.

I would definitely take a multivitamin. I'm not always in the habit of taking it, but I can feel when I need it. Have you weighed yourself yet? I lost 7lbs in my first week on Phen. If you have any questions, feel free to ask/message me

I started on 30mg (I'm on a higher dose now), and when I first started I was a little dizzy and had what could only be described as hot flashes. I never felt jittery energy on it, like I just had to run around the block, but I felt very awake & alert and could run around the block if I wanted to (and had to some nights…

I have had it all my life. I have seen different specialists as well, all with different opinions. My feet almost always hurt. Therapy and custom made orthotics didn't help. I can't cure it ,but the things that helps me relieve it the most is stretching my feet before I get out of bed. I sit up, take a towel and put it…

Of course it all depends, but I had to buy new pants at 30lbs, after that I don't remember at what weights I had to drop sizes. Most of my shirts are still OK.

1- did you find its better to go hard on LCHF, deal with induction flu right off the bat and move on OR ease in to it? (I'm usually a "go hard or go home" person but also know that doesn't always serve to be the best way) I eased into it, simply because I didn’t know it existed until after Induction. 2- what's your stance…

I weigh daily, and have noticed I usually fluctuate .8lbs either way. When I have something carby it's up to 3lbs, when it's near TOM it's as much as 8lbs of water weight. If I have something carby AND I'm near TOM, well, then I just hide the scale till it's over.

She'll need to diet after she eats the whole box because her parents are too busy playing Farmville to care...

I went to 30 for a month. The next month, I upped it to 40, but that didn't work well, so I went back to 30-35. Try gradual increases of 5-10 carbs a week. I don't eat fruits everyday, but if you want to, you might try it once or twice the first week, and then also gradually increase them depending on how your weight loss…

bump...I have the same issue.

Tablespoon of peanut butter dipped in whipped cream...instant peanut butter pie

Good news though -- I googled that hollandaise sauce, and it does seem to be less than 1 carb per serving. I honestly suspecting they were sneaking sugar or flour or something in there.

Funny...I've actually had multiple doctor's suggest low carb to me, mostly South Beach, but still, low carb. Guess it's all personal preference. Mine never could figure out why either since my thyroid is fine. I have my own theories...but I digress.... The doctor I'm seeing now recommended Atkins (which I had already done…

Your sodium was a little high a few times last week (2 days it was significantly over), any chance you could be retaining water? One day you had bacon & prosciutto, and another you had cheese and prosciutto. Other than that, I wonder is the hollandaise sauce REALLY 0 carb, and I know my HWC is like 1 carb a tbsp, so on the…

I can't see your diary :/

I have been on Atkins for several months, feel free to add me :)

Click on "Food" "Settings" and then change what you're tracking. I track carbs, fiber, protein, fat and sodium. If you don't like hummus, do you like guacamole? I try to eat avacados often, adding real butter to my veggies (and on top my steak, yum). Sometimes if I'm craving something sweet I mix some PB & whipped cream…

I try to keep my carbs around 40 net per day. I would add the fiber into your diary so you can see your net carbs. Don't worry about your calorie allotment, it's not necessary....eat when you're hungry, stop when you're not. I don't know how bad your carb cravings are, but if you may want to consider cutting your morning…

I'm a low carber as well, feel free to send a friend request!

I'm almost 28, and had 100lbs to lose, feel free to add :)

You can definitely tell in your stomach, congrats!

My weight loss stalled recently & my doctor advised me to switch to a diet soda made with Splenda, not aspartame. He recommended Pepsi One (can add Mio flavor enhancers) or the Waist Watchers brand of soda.

I freeze a banana, top with a little sugar free chocolate syrup & whipped cream (sometimes other toppings if I have the leftover calories). Instant banana split :)

I got mine from Old Navy

I dice pineapple chunks and add them (and the juice) to coconut flavored yogurt, and then use that as a dipping sauce for shrimp. Coconut shrimp, without the breading.

That's where I get mine too, they have a great little starter kit for about $13.
