I was in the same situation. If you tried a disposable E-Cigg they don't work for any smoker's I know, I had to purchase a rechargeable/refillable one. I haven't smoked since switching to a better e-cigg.

Kale chips, or roasted with other veggies (I like kale, parsnips and carrots).

I haven't tried it, but I do notice that when I eat fish for dinner, I always see the scale move (even a little bit) the next day. So, I can believe it.

I work out at PF. I used to have a black card, but it just wasn't worth it to me. I think it's a decent gym for the price. Sometimes their customer service can be a pain (maybe that's just my location). I do miss having a pool. And I wish they had a punching bag. When I started working out there, I had never been to a gym…

I marinate Portabella's in a mixture of Worcestershire and soy (and whatever spices I have on hand) and then grill them, almost like a steak.

Wow. That's a caffeine rush. When I switched to day shift (obviously I'm a night-owl) I used to mix my 5 hour energy in Mt. Dew. What was I thinking!?!?

They work about the same for me, only I don't like the taste of monster (except the coffee one), so it's easier to take it in a shot. I get the knock-off brand at the dollar store, same effect for like 3 dollars less.
