the boobage is there bra or no bra. your weight fluctuates during the day, so if you weighed before bed being heavier would be completely normal xx

If you cook enough for 4 (I only seem to be able to cook in large quantitites, but there are 5 of us!) then could you freeze 2 portions for another time when you're short on minutes?

I'm a recent zumba convert. I did my first class at the back, then my sister pulled me to the 2nd row and every class I do wtih that instructor now I'm in the same(ish) spot. I am loving it. And still have two left feet LOL

They're not the most aesthetically pleasing sight on my body. But they show my story, and the fact that I've had children. I've earned those marks through the years.

erm... not a lot! Out of date kids yoghurts cheese milk garlic butter ham penguin biscits erm.... erm.... possibly a jug of squash... kids cheese dippers it's pretty empty!

I'm no runner. I jog barely faster than I walk and that's only cause I set myself a challenge! I prefer to swim. Or Walk. Or do some class or another. So far, So good. BUT I only down loaded it at bed time so haven't really had a chance to play with it much yet. Randomness that I thought with the previous app (both on the phone and iPad) would be nice if you could upload pics straight to the app.

mmmmm spuds! Mashed with cream and pepper... Boiled babies with butter... Roasted and tossed in Marmite... Baked and topped with Garlic butter, Beans & Cheese... It's too early for this sort of talk LOL.
