5yrs for #1 2mos I think it was for #2 (22mos between them) 3yrs for #3 #4 isn't off the cards but hasn't happened and we're not actively trying- #3 is 6 now. I don't get pregnant easily.

hi sweetie. feel free to shoot me a FR I was told at your age that I was too big to have kids (I was also heavier than you by 3st) but here I am several years later with 3 little monkeys to prove the drs wrong ;)

UK 36FF here.... and a shock absorber girl. I also recommend trying to get to a bravissimo for a fitting. I was shocked at the difference between having a bra fitting and being measured. I need another fitting soon though as the last time I got fitted was well over a year ago and my sports bra is hanging on by a hook and…

Helloooo :) I'm not the horse lover, that's my 9yo daughter but I'm always happy to be friends with someone who eats food!

running - albeit slowly- a full 10K this past weekend. My time was slower than my first 10K but I ran every step and all my running friends said it was hard this time
-
17/50 I wanted to run today but family got in the way LOL so I swam. I'll do a short one tomorrow and a 5K Tuesday though.

I've tried running without my music. I don't like it so much. I get to a certain point and if I don't have music to distract me I hit a wall and end up stopping. I could do with an MP3 play with volume control though! I've been using my swimming one which is one volume only!

mmm trying to think as I type and it doesn't always work. Do you take a releiver before exercise? walking isn't a bad thing. it's a good place to start and regain the fitness you once had. As is the swimming, even if it is slower than before. Last January I could only walk. Now I do other stuff but it took a while to get…

Well done to everyone's children :) OK I'm sharing my proud mami moment. My 8yo donated 8" of her hair to The Little Princess Trust & raised £90 in the process

I have a pair of Karrimor duma. They're not completely barefoot but are super light and flexible. They were ... £40 in Sports Direct. Good for a start off.....

Love a well fitted, pretty bra. And my pink & purple scaffolding for the gym. I can't go bra-less. the girls don't like it (36FF last fitting)

Hi I'm also in the UK... SAHM to 3 little ones, in wet wales. I'm 69lbs down (of my first goal of 80lbs) and will have more to lose after that initial goal is reached as well. Feel free to FR me :o)

I did. Over Mon-Weds I gained 4.5lbs. I didn't quite acheive my aim but I also know it'll come off fairly fast once the gym is open again and I can spend an hour there each day

Zumba is an excellent calorie burn and a really fun way to exercise :) I'm a bit mad cause I'll do anything up to 6 classes a week depending on how I feel, but that's with 4-5 different instructors so each class is different. I'd honestly start out just doing 1-2 classes a week and find an instructor that works for you…

Slow and steady and be prepared for fluctuations! I'm 70lbs down snce January. I've eaten under and over my allowance. I've done exercise, been lazy, injured myself and am still plodding. DRINK YOUR WATER!!! EAT YOUR EXERCISE (or a portion of them at least) CALORIES BACK!! FIND SOMETHING YOU ENJOY!! (I've discovered body…

I didn't get a single cache in this year yet :( AND I had a challenge lined up for the kids in teh summer holidays. But yes, I enjoy geocaching too. Going to have to get out and do some again soon. Need to re-download my app I think!

It counts. I still can't swim freestyle without swalling half the pool! Breast stroke I can keep up till I'm bored- usually between 30-60mins depending on the business of the pool, my breathing co-ordination and just coz I have no music! Ignore the name callers. Although I would say, unless there's only about 3 of us…

extra money? what's that? If we had it, it'd either go on bills or food. Then clothes. Then kids.

My knees are amazing LOL. And it *feels* horrid! I've had it since I was about 15 though and am used to it pretty much.
