anyone from uk ?

Hello

Im 31 from sussex in the uk.

I am trying to loose weight as I keep putting it off and more keeps creeping on.

Im only 5'2 and currently weight 13stone 6.
This is the biggest I have ever been after having my 3 children I was 10 stone 4 but went onto the depo injection and piled on the weight.
I do get stuck in emotional eating cycles a habit I got into while in a domestic violence relationship which im now free of
Would love to get to the 10 stone mark again.

Finding it really hard to loose and always get dragged into all the quick fix diets !! Have had to stop myself recently from buying the body by vi shakes.

Any support would be great x
