  • Great tips...I drink 2 litres of water per day and odnt feel the need to eat much at all. However, on the days I do not get to drink so much I feel lathargic and by joints ache. it has been the :smile: magic compenent in my weight loss
  • Water really works, especially if you drink it half an hour before food, because it makes you feel full and then you eat less. Mixing it with zero sugar blackcurrent juice helps to because that is a diuretic :drinker:
