Hi! I ditched the app after 2 weeks - I found I wasn't able to get into a rhythm with all the stopping and starting. I decided to just go out and run, try to push myself further every day and 2 weeks later I ran my first 5k without stopping. I'm the same as you, I much preferred not having the voice speaking to me and just…

Thanks everyone, great advice. I went out and did 2.1miles yesterday and 2.4miles today - think I'm going to try and push myself a bit further each time and see how it goes!

I've just started too - Week 1 Day 2 completed this morning in the pouring rain after nightshift. Looking forward to helping motivate eachother through this - I'm determined to see it through!

I've got the RunDouble app for my android and it lets me play my own playlist in the background while giving cues to walk/run etc. I also have MapMyRun running too so I can track the full distance of my outing - the c25k app stopped calculating my distance when the run was over but I still had 15 mins until home. Going to…

Hi! I'm your height but not your weight (currently 210lbs) - I've completed 20 days and am going to start level 3 today. So far I've lost 9.5lbs and a total of 14 inches all over. Keep on going, it really does work :) x

That's my 10 days of level 1 completed, onto level 2 - contemplating having a rest day tomorrow as my shins are a bit sore. Gave in and took some measurements after 10 days - lost almost 7lbs and 4.5" . Over the moon and it's really encouraged me to keep going :)

Day 8 of level 1 done! Had a really rubbish day and have had no appetite at all but forced myself to do the day - proud of myself that I forced myself to do it. x

Day 7 completed, I feel great and even my husband commented today on how much I look like I've lost weight. My back is starting to hurt a wee but , think it's from the anterior raises with side lunge, I must be straining through my back - think I'll down the weights for it tomorrow and see if that helps. I took…

Hi all! Everyone is doing great, keep up the good work, first week almost over! Day 6 completed - felt good after so did level 2 as well. Sweating buckets but I feel great now and definitely getting stronger. Listened to my ipod in one ear which drowned out jillian a bit, he he!

Thats day 5 finished! Can't wait to finish level 1 as I find level 2 more fun. I always feel like a wimp when people use heavy weights - I only use 3kg but find the anterior hand raises/side lunges on level 1 really hard but am pushing through and hopefully it will get easier. I actually laugh now when Jillian says "just a…

Won't be rushing to do 2 in a row again though!! Had a disaster of a weekend food wise - dreading weighing myself today but even more determined to get back on it…
