If they have red numbers, not green ones, then they went over. Period. Have a nice day. I will not return to explain this further to you or anyone else.

Unless you have read the messages in my inbox, then again, you have NO CLUE what I am talking about. You are so stuck on what you think you know, instead of maybe trying to understand that when a person over eats because they think they wont damage thier progress..... oh never mind.... you refuse to get it. I am not here…

Oh, and one more thing, I would always avoid an egg white only omlette. No matter how it is cooked. Not just because it is unapealing to me, but because too many egg whites can be bad. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biotin_deficiency

Umm.... unless you have been reading my messages, you have no clue what I am talking about. I know when someone tells me that their calories OVER their daily plan are because they ATE BACK THEIR EXERCISE CALORIES BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY! Geesh. Carry on.
-
No. Not wrong. The people who have talked about eating back their calories, are going by the little caption under their diary that tells them how many calories the earned through exercise. They are going back and eating what that little caption tells them.

Right on. Most people don't like to research these things and they really don't understand what they are even talking about. Most of the cholesterol in eggs isn't even absorbed by the body. Plus, eggs are low in saturated fat which makes them a very good choice.

Yes. This! Don't allow the DR to take it with a grain of salt either. I have had that trouble with doctors in the past. I tried talking about my appetite and how I couldn't stop eating. He didn't even allow me to finish talking. He simply interrupted with the generic, useless same old dvice. Eat more protien, eat several…

I have seen a lot of people here who eat back those exercise calories. If you burn it off, and then eat it back, you have not created a calorie deficit. Not sure if that is what you do, just putting it out there.

Eggs are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Have an omlette, and a piece of fruit (not bread). I habitually eat at least two eggs a day, sometimes even 4 or 5. Eat your eggs. They are perfect!

It maybe medical. Have you ever had your vitamin D levels checked? Mine were very low, and I was SO tired, I barely had the will to get up. It made me feel like I could just lay down and sleep all day. I was almost afraid to blink for fear I would fall asleep if my eye lids were shut for too long.

How is your diet? It seems that 1200 calories is 1200 calories, but not all calories are created equal. 1200 calories of whole food, is very different from 1200 calories of processed food. It is worth a shot. Also, maybe try a little intermittent fasting. It really helps.

Many people don't think about the little devils lurking in the corners of our diets. Maybe you should experiment. Maybe try eliminating any thing with HFCS first. Second, any thing with wheat. So pretty much any flour based food. This does not exactly mean to eliminate carbs, but wheat and other grains specifically. (corn,…

All we need now is Nancy Grace to report on it. "Bombshell, TUH-Nite!"

"HI!" "OH HI! Good to see ya!" "So what did you do this weekend?" "I argued over MILK! It was SOOOO EPIC!" :grumble:

Another question then. Is it better to do it daily, or every other day, just a few days a week? Based on your experience, which would be best for starting out.

Just the section you are eating.

Hmmm..... this sounds very doable. I attempted doing them against a wall hoping it would be good, but It didn't do much. I never thought of taking it to lower levels gradually. I can see this working well for me.

I can do the girly ones. I guess I should have mentioned that. Sorry. The plank sounds good. I have done that before. Perhaps the pyramid is one good way. I will give that a shot. Still welcoming ideas however. It never hurts to have a few good ideas. Thanks!

Wow, 68 bucks? I have to take the short arm rate. Here is what I have always done, a regular sports bra with one of these over it, http://www.amazon.com/Stretch-Seamless-Bandeau-Level-33/dp/B005POVN66/ref=pd_sbs_a_1 Nothing jiggles. And it's more affordable.

Also, make sure you have the right shoes! I made the mistake of wearing bad shoes for too long. Wether you walk or run, the shoes matter.
-
I smoked for 15 years. I did a whole lot of walking because I did not have a car at the time. However, I was NOT a runner. I started running, and it was very hard. Next thing you know I was easily running 3-4 miles everyday. It will get easier. Just throw any negative thought. "It's too hard!" If you think that ask, "is it…

Here is how I figured bananas, 100g of bananas is 89 calories, (acording to this http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1846/2) if you have a larger or smaller banana you would multiply the gram weight by .89 and you should get the calories. A 28g banana should be about 25 calories. the .89 comes from…

Weight is always best for any food. It is he most accurate way to measure. I have a long list of food that I eat often and I have the gram weights listed for all of them, You can figure the calories for ant size with just a little math. If you write down a few of the most comon weights of any particular food, it makes it…

It is sorely lacking here. Just an observation.

It's getting hard to keep up with the thread with this whole back and forth.

Holy smokes. It's sad when we don't have a thing better to do on saturday night than bicker about milk.
-
 Aint it true! If we eliminated everything that we "shouldn't" eat or drink we would all die of malnourishment.
