I don't understand why people have to troll. Just keep moving if you don't have something worthwhile to contribute. Anyway.... what is your calorie intake like? Sodas are not low calorie, so too much would ruin your efforts. You should measure what you drink and make sure you log it.

I sure didn't. Nothing wrong with taking a day off. I was also so busy cooking and trying to clean as I went I can't imagine trying to throw that into the mix.

I found it in these forums. I remember it was 655 + then info in parentheses followed. I just cannot recall what was in those parentheses. I read through pages of posts and comments. I now wish I would have just bookmarked the page instead of writing it down.

AGAIN,..... AFTER searching I posted this. I was unable to find the formula and whether it was metric or standard. Any actual answers will be appreciated. Someone actually posted this formula in the forums which is where I originally found it. I searched the forums as well as google and it must be somewhere in 275th page…

If you do this often, then you will need to find the cause. It is not always a self control problem, sometimes it is deeper than that.

Put butter into a baking dish, place in 400 degree oven to melt, remove pan front oven, place trimmed asparagus in pan and coat with butter, add salt, bake till bright green.
