I had a great Tai Chi video, but I have done it until I can do it no more. Do you do Tai chi or qigong? I am looking for some good videos. If you know of any good ones, or ones that are not good please share! Thanks!

Anyone at all?0

I've heard great things about qigong, but I've never tried it. Actually both qigong and tai chi have been recommended to me for my chronic pain, but I haven't tried either one. I'd like to, though! On the to-do list!0

I did Hapkido for all of last year. The instructor also did Tai Chi classes. I'll look on his site to see if he has any good vids. I know there use to be some on Youtube. I know he has vids of all the forms for Hapkido.
Update: Nope, all he has there are the Hapkido forms for students to practice.
I don't see Qijong or Tai Chi moves demonstrated, sorry.0 -
I have a tai chi dvd that I do. It is with Scott Cole. It is ok, but the dude looks sunburned when he is doing the beach portion. Since I have nothing to compare it too, I don't know how good it is. But other than his crispy look, I like it.0

I tried out Tai Chi and enjoyed it. Haven't done it in years, would love to start it back up after my cut though.0

I had one with David Dorian-Ross. He was only okay. He always gave backwards instructions. He would say to do this with the left hand while moving to the right, mean while he was doing the opposite. It made it hard to follow. He also has a crispy critter beach routine. I would not recommend him at all.0 -

I'll give that a look. Thanks. I wonder if there are any tai chi trainers around me. It would be nice to get some one on one or take a live class.0 -
What was the name of the great Tai Chi DVD?0

The one I really like for starting out was called "Simply Tai Chi". It came with a book and a DVD. The routine is simple, but they really made it easy to follow. I was happy to find it after my round with that first really bad one. What was the name of the great Tai Chi DVD?
Here it is:

I don't know much about it other than my brother in law is a Tai Chi instructor in New Orleans. He is extremely strong/fit and I would guess he has a very low body fat percentage. That is all I know other than seeing the results... nothing LOL0

Thanks so much, Mallory, for providing the name of the book and the website. I just ordered it, and the cost was only $1.99!0

You're welcome! I saw that price and will be re-ordering that as well! My children destroyed my first one. I have been meaning to replace it but keep forgetting to look for it. LOL!0
