Mine loves yum bowls. Wild rice/quinoa topped with beans, cheese, olives and avocado. I also make quinoa pancakes, quinoa cheesy cakes (on the griddle) and homemade protein bars.

I think your body will tell you if you aren't getting enough calories. Whenever i get busy and forget to eat enough I get so fatigued and exhausted! My sister dieted her entire pregnancy and majorly limited her calories. She slept until 10 am, and then napped from 1-3 and went to bed at 8:30. She didn't work or have kids.…

You go girl! I am a stay at home mom of a 15 month old, I understand that it's a FULL TIME JOB. My resolution is to not quit anything that I start and not give up. I'm tired of trying and giving up over and over. I want to loose 35 lbs! Bring it 2012!

Yes, it does cleanse itself, but only to a certain point after years go by. What about all of the toxins already stored in fat cells? Eating healthy doesn't make them disappear. Some of these toxic cells have nothing to do with food (ex second hand smoking, smog, paint ect).

What about herbal teas? I use fruit flavored herbal teas such as peach, raspberry, blueberry, black cherry ect, and make a few liters at a time and then cool them. They also add extra health extras.
