Lemon ouch, I would definitely increase my water, more proteins and veggies(smaller portions but eating more often. I would not weigh myself daily as kayleemire suggested, that may be more distraught because you may have lost inches. Get a measure tape and measure you inches(weekly) that's GOLD! And maybe weigh yourself…

Im 5 ft 10 and my goal weight is 150-155lbs and 18% body fat. Currently 165lbs and 23% body fat. not to far to go!!!!
