Any pain they should be done unweighted...I have rotator issues I will not be using weight but it is still good to move and strengthen

I definitely think that people should do alternatives if they do not feel they can do the one listed. Just report what and how much you did do of your alternative. I dont anyone is going to have an issue with it. Everyone needs to know too that doing 100 reps does not mean they have to be done all at once. Do them in reps…
