This has been my goal all along. To reduce the amount I drink and not just for the weight loss. I sleep better, I feel better when I dont drink. Problem is my husband drinks a lot and I can get caught up in it. I just want to be happy. Why do I act as though I dont deserve to be happy. Sorry for the rant

I am in. I started at the beginning of the month. Gave up sugar, bread, rice and pasta. These are all big triggers for me. Seems to be working. I am really serious this year. Changes will be more than just the weight. Need to be kinder to myself

Had it over 10 years ago. It was amazing. I now need reading glasses but that is normal. I was wearing very thick glasses so even if I have to go back my prescription will not be as strong.
