So mine and my husbands dinner tonight is peppered lean sirlon with a side salad. Simple under 400 calories, high in protein and low in fat. 5 miles done and because I cannot do jumping jacks (knees) I did 100 leg lifts each leg. hope this is equivalent. The 5 miles was eliptical

Day 3- Challenge of 100 squats complete and the 50 squats bonus. Started using the weights and realized that would kill me so only a couple were weighted....LOL

If you are really invested in this realationship talk to him and explain that he is sabotaging your new way of life and ask that healthier choice be made if you are going out.
