Last weigh in 139.5 yippee I did it! Now I need to maintain and possibly lose a few more pounds to make up for Christmas!

Weigh-in no.2 - lost 1/4 lb but was away face stuffing all weekend so really chuffed I didn't put any on! MUST get to target by Halloween! 3/4 of a pound to go, nut then will look in mirror and think may need to adjust slightly!

First October weigh in and ive lost 2 pounds! I can't believe it im so chuffed! Got 1 more to go but the challenge is keeping it off with 3 mini breaks this month so i'll have to try my best and hope I can get to goal and stay there!

Oooh I'm in! I just did the September challenge and that was ace! I've got 3lbs to lose but it's proving really hard to shift! I've also got my bro coming to stay, a weekend away and staying at my gmas this month so be easy to pile it on! I will weigh in once a week but my weight will fluctuate a bit due to planned treats!…

My last weigh in was yesterday and I was 143 lbs. Was aiming for 142.5 so only half a pound shy of target! I was 149.5 so Total weightloss for September is 6.5 pounds! Not bad! Only 3 to go! Well done everyone! Off to hunt for the October challenge! Got 2 weekends away this month so it's going to be a challenge!

16/9/13 144.5. Yay! I lost 3.5 lbs!!! So chuffed! My target is 142.5 for the end of September, but 140lbs in total- then look in the mirror and decide! I'm 5 7.5, so quite tall x

I'v only just started but I tend to plan my food the day before so I know how much I can eat. I have been under my calories by a little the first day, then by 300 or so the second and third.
