When I was 4 or 5, I vividly remember being force fed a bun down my throat by my dad (clearly, the man had issues and it was just one of many reasons why he's not a part of our lives anymore). Because of that day, I did not eat bread again until I gave it another try at age 18. It would make me gag/heave. And he would…

I am a plate cleaner and it's a very hard habit to break. Honestly, I don't remember ever NOT cleaning my plate. Crazy, I know! I feel too wasteful, so try to only put on my plate what I will eat. Anyway... for my kids, it would depend on how much they ate. If they eat MOST of their food, they can have dessert, but by…

I don't log it, but it's never enough to get a burn. LOL. If I mowed the lawn, which I have never done so probably won't, I would ~maybe~ log it, but that's pushing it. Shoveling snow? Probably log it. Cleaning toilet/vacuuming? Nope.

Three kids (5.5, 3, and 21 months). I gained and lost 40 lbs with each pregnancy. All vag deliveries. My abs are still my area I would like to firm up more. Honestly, the biggest change I noticed was after getting my body fat percentage down, I added in pushups. It was hard at first, as I could only do 10 regular ones, but…

I'm an admitted "over-sharer" so I can understand that there are some on the other end of the spectrum. I will add people as long as they are supportive and seem nice. I only delete people if they go a long time without logging in (2 months or more) or if they are creepy or something, but that really hasn't happened either.

Great job! Fabulous progress! :)

Congratulations! Good for you for doing it all naturally. Congrats on 2 years; that is awesome.

If you don't have kids with this man and you have doubts, get out. It's so much easier to do so before having kids. If you already have kids, then seek counseling if it's something you both are committed to fixing. If it's something like abuse (physical or verbal), then talk to a professional who can guide you out safely,…

I am 5'7" and 125 lbs.

My mom is hot at 53!

I actually stumbled across my belly pictures from baby #1. Prior to kids (well, 5 weeks pregnant with my 1st at age 26): Now, almost 33, post 3 kids and actively working out 6 days a week: With the new workout routine I'm on now, I really hope to continue to tone and stay strong so I can always keep up with my kids and…

Haha, sounds good. I like the simplicity of it. :)

I wear a heartrate monitor every workout (Polar FT4) and I use those numbers. It's about 100 calories less than what the elliptical machine tells me!

You look awesome, Jackie!! I have a picture of me a year ago at the same weight I'm at now and it's too embarrassing to share!! I weigh the same now but am way more firm. It's crazy. You look just so amazing!

-Handwashing -Not being able to toss anything (I have every paystub ever received in chronological order, separated by place of employment, going back to 1997). -Numbers (I can memorize employee numbers at work without trying, and I memorize phone numbers; could memorize entire sections of notes in high school/college).…

I do both and am looking now to cut some cardio out and add more strength training in. Honestly, the biggest difference on my body was when I added pushups in to my routine in March.

Even though I have toned up, I definitely still have a booty -- firm enough, yet enough to grab onto. LOL. I am okay with my proportions (32/33 - 25 - 34) and am continuing to tone up, but I do like the curves that I have. I have only become okay with my body in recent years, or maybe in recent months...

Wisconsota Minnesconsin Right on the border. ;)

My co-workers are too cheap. LOL!

A 1997 Nissan Sentra. I thought I was the boss, because I didn't get my license until age 23 (saved money in college by biking/walking instead; had a fear of driving too). Then I realized the car had absolutely no power. LOL. My little brother still has that car, as I upgraded to an '07 Focus in 2008. :)

I'll never tell....

Turn my radio up in my car as loud as it goes and sing along! My #1 stress reliever (presently) is working out.
-
Yes, I have had more than one person say that! And mine is REALLY bad... omg. LOL. But yes, go us!!
-
I'm told that my Wisconsin/Minnesota accent is sexy but I think it's NOT!! LOL! I have actually tried to talk differently, just to sound more "neutral" and it was impossible for me to do. :blushing:
-
Bottom line: treat me right. I cannot stress this enough. A man can look great but if I am not feeling that I am being respected, there is not going to be an attraction there. I am a romantic so I love a romantic man.

I am 125 lbs now at 5'7". I got up around 170 all 3 pregnancies (was 137 before having children and am maintaining 125 now).
-
It's about 300 calories extra a day vs. a "normal" diet, which is less than when you're breastfeeding (500 calories burned daily doing that). I stayed very active during all 3 pregnancies, power walking all the way to the end. A little bit of exercise is good and very helpful.
-
I make it a guessing game. LOL. It's silly, but a habit.
-
I can predict my morning weight based on my bedtime weight. LOL. It's usually 2 pounds less in the morning.

Mmm, fresh garden salsa with cilantro. I LOVE it. Tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, cilantro, lime, salt, and pepper. I want this now!
