Yummy! I do the 100% whole wheat bread, 2 slices of turkey bacon and a small egg. I toast the bread and put light light mayo but just a dash and you can put lettuce or spanish and tomato.

Well, I always try to eat less calories anyways, but the truth is that I like it here. I love the friends and support from all my friends in MFP. I get what I need from here.
