The only thing I can say is to give your candy away. Not much of a candy freak myself. But I did buy a bar the other day and gave 1/2 away to a friend, I didnt want to be stuck eating it all. This is my problem too. I normally get satisfied with a popscicle. But there are times I crave a piece of cake or cookies. Cookies I can get them under 100 calories for the snack bag, but a piece of CAKE is overated!

Last night I had one of those days. I either snack on jello or popscicle (45 calories) I find the popscicles to be very satisfying. Or simply drink some crystal light :D

You can always try protein shakes. I like the chocolate myself from ensure.

Get yourself someone else. You are too dam pretty to get rejected. You should be getting it 7-10x a week.

Try drinking a protein shake for breakfast and go from there for a week, that will boost your weight. Watch out for high carbs, fatty foods, and sodas. My friend did the protein shake and it helped her lose 40 pounds.
